We had owned our property for approximately seven years before we decided to build and move south. During those years we would occasionally visit the Tallahassee area and interview various builders but never found a "match"; they either lacked enthusiasm and/or interest or in general had the personality of a doorknob. Having interviewed six builders and growing disenchanted by the minute, we interviewed Hans H. Schroeder. He was like a breath of fresh air. He was enthused about his work and excited and interested in what we wanted. He initially spent approximately three hours with us showing us various stages of

his company's homes under construction all the while educating us about what and why they did things a certain way. When that interview was over the first thing I said to my husband was "That's whom I want to build our home." And we have not looked back or regretted a single moment since!

Words cannot express how delighted we are with our new Bedroom. I hate to brag but it is gorgeous. beautiful. stupendous. awesome, magnificent, etc. etc. Ten times greater than I ever envisioned it would be. Sometimes I just sit and stare.

Hans and Wayne were wonderful to work with and we look forward to seeing them on again and again. They certainly know their business and coupled with Bob, Butch and Gabe, our room addition was smooth and trouble free.

What I had feared might turn into a nightmare became instead a beautiful dream.
